Who makes Teslahubs products?
Teslahubs designs its Tesla accessories and has them built by specialist partner factories. We write the specification, test every part on real cars and hold the factories to it.
Does Teslahubs have its own factory?
No. We work with specialist partner factories, one for each product family such as rubber seals, electronics, aluminium parts and charging adapters. Our team designs the parts, sets the quality standard, visits the factories and fit-tests the results.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping is free on every order.
How do you make sure a part fits my Tesla?
Each product is matched to a model, year and trim, then fit-tested on real Tesla cars before it is sold. Our parts install by press-in, plug-in or bolt-on, with no drilling and no service center visit.
What if a part does not fit?
You have 30 days to return eligible items. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, return shipping is free. You can also email hello@teslahubs.com for fit and installation help.
