Tesla announced the latest results of its community-driven Supercharger expansion, marking another step in the growth of its global charging network. Alongside adding new locations, the company is also rolling out intelligent software features aimed at improving the experience at current sites.
Demand on the network continues to rise, with Tesla handling more than 50 million individual charging sessions every single quarter. To better manage busy hubs, the company has introduced an AI-powered Supercharger forecasting algorithm to improve wait-time predictions and is publicly testing a virtual waitlist at select high-traffic locations to reduce line-cutting and congestion.

While smarter software helps, the most direct way to cut congestion is to build more stalls. Tesla recently reached 80,000 stalls worldwide, and the newest round of community-selected sites keeps that momentum going. Following the previous site selections for Q4 2025, here are the winners for Q1 2026.
