Tesla 2026.33.5 Adds FSD v14.3.11 and FSD v14.3 Lite

This update bundles FSD v14.3.11 and FSD v14.3 Lite. The release notes apply to both versions, and the release also incorporates features from the 2026.32 update.

Vehicle-to-Home with Powerwall

Your Tesla can now extend your home’s backup power during an outage by sharing its battery with your Powerwall. When plugged in and enabled, the vehicle will automatically supplement your home’s energy as needed.

To enable, go to Charging > Powershare. This works when the car is parked and connected to a compatible Wall Connector with charge above your set discharge limit. Requires a Powerwall.

Automatic Collision Evasion

Automatic Collision Evasion can activate Full Self-Driving (Supervised) to help keep the vehicle safe and then continue driving. It may engage while you are driving manually if it detects you are not sufficiently attentive to the road (for example, reaching toward the back seat), or if Full Self-Driving (Supervised) may have been unintentionally disengaged.

See your Owner’s Manual for more details.

FSD (Supervised) v14.3.11

Full Self-Driving (Supervised) v14.3.11 includes:

  • Enhanced the FSD neural network by upgrading the Reinforcement Learning (RL) training stage, improving performance across a wide variety of driving situations.
  • Upgraded the neural network vision encoder to better handle rare and low-visibility scenarios, strengthen 3D geometry understanding, and expand traffic sign comprehension.
  • Rebuilt the AI compiler and runtime using MLIR, yielding 20% faster reaction time and improving model iteration speed.
  • Reduced unnecessary lane biasing and minor tailgating behaviors.
  • Increased decisiveness when selecting parking spots and during maneuvering.
  • Improved parking location pin prediction, now shown on the map with a P icon.
  • Enhanced responses to emergency vehicles, school buses, right-of-way violators, and other uncommon vehicles.
  • Improved handling of small animals by focusing RL training on harder examples and adding rewards for more proactive safety.
  • Improved traffic light handling at complex intersections with compound lights, curved roads, and yellow-light stopping — trained on hard RL examples sourced from the Tesla fleet.
  • Improved handling of rare or unusual objects that extend, hang, or lean into the vehicle path by sourcing infrequent events from the fleet.
  • Improved robustness to temporary system degradations by maintaining control and automatically recovering without driver intervention, reducing unnecessary disengagements.
  • Improved driver monitoring sensitivity with better eye gaze tracking, eye wear handling, and higher accuracy under variable lighting conditions.
  • Unified the model across Actually Smart Summon, FSD, and Robotaxi for more capable and reliable behavior. (New in FSD v14.3.2 for non-Cybertrucks, New in FSD v14.3.4 for the Cybertruck)
  • Actually Smart Summon max speed is now increased to 8mph (13km/h). (Added in FSD v14.3.3, not available on Cybertruck)
  • You can help improve Self-Driving by choosing an intervention reason on the main screen after taking over. (New in FSD v14.3.2)
  • You can now see distance traveled in FSD (Supervised) without an intervention, and the Self-Driving App will also show your longest intervention-free streak. (Added in FSD v14.3.3)
  • Parking options now display on the map upon arrival at your destination. (Added in FSD v14.3.4)

Upcoming Improvements:

  • Expand reasoning to all behaviors beyond destination handling.
  • Add pothole avoidance.

Full Self-Driving (Supervised)

With your active supervision, Full Self-Driving (Supervised) can drive your Tesla almost anywhere. It can start from a parked position, make lane changes, choose forks to follow your navigation route, navigate around other vehicles and objects, execute left and right turns, and park at your destination. You and anyone you authorize must remain attentive and use additional caution. This does not make the vehicle autonomous—do not become complacent.

Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is enabled on your vehicle. To start, press the Start Self-Driving button on the UI or press the right scroll wheel button once. You can disable Full Self-Driving (Supervised) in Autopilot Settings.

FSD (Supervised) v14.3 Lite

FSD (Supervised) v14.3 Lite includes:

  • Distilled intelligence from HW4 V14 into HW3 so HW3 can directly learn scenario handling using HW4 V14 as a guide, unlocking HW4 improvements including Reinforcement Learning (RL) and offline models for HW3.
  • Better proactive and reactive responsiveness across navigation handling, merges and forks, pedestrian interactions, traffic lights, and vehicle cut-in scenarios.
  • Improved ride comfort in nominal situations with fewer false slowdowns, smoother steering, and more consistent lane centering.
  • Introduced parking, unparking, and reversing capabilities.
  • Added Arrival Options to choose where FSD should pull over or park: Parking Lot, Street, or Driveway.
  • Speed Profiles are now available at all times to further customize driving style preferences.

Start Self-Driving from Park

A Start Self-Driving button appears when driver requirements are met, which include (but are not limited to):

  • Driver is seated in the driver’s seat
  • Driver is buckled
  • Cabin Camera is unobstructed

Brake Confirm requires pressing and releasing the brake pedal before FSD (Supervised) can activate. When Brake Confirm is disabled, pressing the button allows Self-Driving to apply the brakes and engage FSD (Supervised). If driver detection requirements are not met or if FSD (Supervised) does not detect a driver, you must press and release the brake pedal to confirm. You can enable Brake Confirm in Self-Driving > Brake Confirm.

This feature does not make your vehicle autonomous. You must remain attentive and be ready to take over at any time. Only a licensed driver authorized to operate the vehicle should be allowed access to the driver’s seat position any time the vehicle is not in Theater or Arcade modes.

Arrival Options

  • Select an arrival option such as Parking Lot, Street, Driveway, or Pull Over for Robotaxi-style drop-offs.
  • Your preferences for arrival options and preferred parking positions are saved per destination.

Speed Profiles

FSD (Supervised) will now determine an appropriate speed using a mix of your driver profile, the speed limit, and surrounding traffic.

  • Introduced the new Speed Profile SLOTH, which uses lower speeds and more conservative lane selection than CHILL.
  • Driver profile now has a stronger influence on behavior; the more assertive the profile, the higher the max speed.
  • The right scroll-wheel up/down now adjusts the Speed Profile setting instead of a precise max speed offset in mph/kph.

UI Improvements

You can now adjust settings like Speed Profile and Arrival Options directly from the Self-Driving visualization on the center display.

Wheel Selection

Choose from new wheel options to customize your Tesla’s appearance.
