We started Teslahubs in September 2023 because the aftermarket for Tesla parts was a mess of unnamed sellers and month-long shipping. We picked a different route: hold stock in the US, put our name on the box, and answer the email.
Three years on, that's still the whole plan. This is the thank-you — not a discount we'd have run anyway, but money going straight back to the people who got us here.

No. Shipping is already free on US orders over $50. This is the whole order — every item, the shipping and the tax — refunded to your card, with no ceiling on the amount.
Checkout is normal — the full amount is charged like any other order. If yours is the 1 in 33, we send the whole amount straight back about a minute later. That is why it is a refund and not a $0 checkout.
We send the refund within a minute; how fast your bank posts it is up to them — usually 3–5 business days, same as any refund. The confirmation email is your proof in the meantime.
Neither. Placing the order is the entry. Every order placed between September 1 and September 21 is in, and the Monday tickets are added at checkout automatically.
No. A $29 order has exactly the same 1‑in‑33 chance as a $400 one. The amount only changes how many tickets you get for the Monday prizes.
No. Free orders are always 1 in 33, whatever you spend. Tickets only affect the two named prizes drawn on Monday.
Every order receives a number when it is placed, and an automated system selects one in every 33 at random. Nobody at Teslahubs chooses.
One named prize per person per quarter. Free orders are not capped — order twice, and if both come up, both are refunded.
We email you Monday morning. Reply within 72 hours and the Tesla gift card is sent digitally the same day. Prizes over $600 require a W‑9 for US tax reporting.
The normal 30‑day return policy applies. If you return a refunded order we simply reverse the refund with it — you can't be paid twice for the same parts. Returned or cancelled orders also lose their Monday tickets.
