Tesla to Launch Grok in the Middle East and Morocco With Upcoming Update 2026.32.6

Tesla is preparing to bring its Grok AI assistant to additional markets in the Middle East. Updated regional support pages indicate that the feature requires software version 2026.32.6.

The updated pages list Israel, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. Earlier this week, Tesla’s official EMEA account announced that Grok was rolling out in the Middle East and Morocco, but it did not specify individual countries or a software version.

The rollout is tied to software update 2026.32.6, which has not yet been released to the public, though it is expected within the next week or so. To use Grok, eligible vehicles must have an AMD Ryzen infotainment processor and either an active Premium Connectivity subscription or a Wi‑Fi connection. A Grok account is not required to use the in‑car assistant.

What Grok Can Do

After the update, drivers can launch Grok from the App Launcher, by pressing the steering‑wheel microphone button, or by saying "Hey Grok". In Assistant mode, it can handle core vehicle functions such as navigation, phone calls, media playback, climate adjustments, and answering questions using the digital owner’s manual. It can also set location‑based reminders.

How to Access Grok

Owners in supported regions should wait for software version 2026.32.6 (or later) to arrive, which can be verified by navigating to Controls > Software. Once installed, the Grok app will appear in the App Launcher.
