You like the cabin. You still want the navigation, music and phone interface you already use. Adding CarPlay should not mean finding room for another screen. SpaceBox takes the existing-display route: a plug-in adapter for a supported Tesla build.
Your apps on the screen already in the car
SpaceBox connects the supported phone interface to your Tesla display through the seller's setup. The kit includes USB cables and an installation guide. A compatible phone is still needed for CarPlay or Android Auto. Complete the pairing and browser steps while parked, using the supported port for your vehicle build.
Choose for the car you have today
The current requirement is a supported AMD Ryzen Tesla build. Confirm the processor, model and selected variant before buying; a model badge alone is not enough. The product information excludes Australia. This gives you a decision about your current car without guessing when a future Tesla software announcement might arrive.
The finish owners describe
Mark's published product review says, "Now my car looks complete!" David Mercer describes a repeat purchase: "This is my second set, this time for my wife." Those accounts capture the appeal of keeping the Tesla display and adding the phone interface. The September 13 product capture showed 263 reviews at 4.56, without a claim that every review is a verified purchase.

A supported update path matters
The seller provides a manual firmware-update process. Keep the current instructions with the setup guide. If a phone or vehicle update changes the connection, use that process or contact support with your vehicle build and software details. Evaluate another adapter by its actual fit, instructions and support, rather than assuming every inexpensive product will fail.
CarPlay or Android Auto, with the right phone setup
Lonnie Thomas's published review says, "Works with Android auto Thanks!" The product information lists both platforms. Phone data and subscriptions charged by streaming services remain separate costs. Keep driver-visible video to parked use. The useful upgrade is your supported app interface on the existing screen, not an exemption from the setup or service requirements.
What the $139.99 includes
The listed kit includes the SpaceBox unit, USB cables and setup guidance, with the seller's firmware-update instructions available. Match the vehicle option and required connection before purchasing. If Tesla's built-in apps already meet your needs, you may not need an adapter. If you want the supported phone interface without another display, see the SpaceBox fitment options next.
