The Problem Becomes Real
We bought our first Teslas and immediately noticed the same issue: the factory carpet was a disaster. Within weeks, dirt, salt, and moisture had destroyed the interior. We searched for solutions. Everything on the market was either ugly, cheap, or didn't fit right. We realized: nobody had actually solved this problem.
Research & Design
We invested in 3D laser-scanning equipment and began mapping the actual floor geometry of Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. We studied competitor products, analyzed customer complaints, and identified the core failures: poor fit, cheap materials, and designs that clashed with Tesla's minimalist aesthetic.
Material Testing & Prototyping
We tested 47 different materials. Rubber compounds, thermoplastics, composites. We needed something waterproof, odorless, durable, and premium-looking. We engineered a patented dual-layer locking system to prevent sliding. Every prototype was tested in our own cars. Most failed. We kept iterating.
Manufacturing Partnership
We found a US manufacturer who shared our obsession with quality. We set up production lines, established quality control protocols, and created the first production batch. We tested these mats through a full winter cycle: snow, salt, ice, mud, spills, everything.
Real-World Testing
We tested with kids. We tested with dogs. We tested with vacuum cleaners and garden hoses. We drove through mud, spilled coffee, tracked salt and snow. We tested in every climate: desert heat, mountain cold, coastal humidity. Every single test confirmed the same thing: our mats performed flawlessly.
