If you want one adapter for both fast chargers and Level 2 stations, OmniVolt is the only option we could verify that covers CCS1 and J1772 in a single unit.
Lectron's CCS adapter has a higher listed rating (500 A, 1,000 V) if CCS1 is all you need, but it lists at $179.99 and has no J1772 support.

What OmniVolt owners say
Verbatim reviews from Teslahubs customers on Trustpilot.
Ordered the Tesla adapter for when we travel. Came in on time and works great.
Plugged it into a CCS fast charger on a road trip and it just worked. Charging started in seconds and the adapter stayed cool.
I wanted one adapter for both fast chargers and J1772 stations. This does both, and it is small enough to keep in the glovebox.
Our Model Y finally charges at the CCS stations near my parents. Setup was zero effort, just click it in.
Feels solid and well built. Takes a bit of force to click in at first, but it locks firmly and charges without a hiccup.
UL listing was the deciding factor for me. Peace of mind plus fast charging. Exactly as described.
Used it at three different networks on a 900 mile trip. No errors, no drama. Worth having in the car.
Fast shipping and the adapter looks premium. Charged at a Level 2 station overnight with no issues.
Bought it as a backup for when Superchargers are busy. Already paid for itself on the first trip.
Works well and the warranty is reassuring. I wish it came with a small pouch, but the adapter itself is great.
Simple, sturdy and does what it says. Charging speed was the same as I get on the native plug.
