Application letter requirements

The application letter must contain:

  1. A detailed description of the reason for the replacement.
  2. High-quality photos that confirm the reason for the replacement.

For items or gift cards purchased during our Sale, Teslahubs does not offer the possibility of a refund. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or can be redeemed for store credit. 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return conditions

All items must be returned to us in an unopened and unused, resalable condition with tags attached to the item.
Shipping costs are not refundable. 

The decision about adequate and inadequate quality is made in two stages:

  1. The client provides a clear photo report of the product and confirms proper quality.
  2. Teslahubs, after receiving the product in the warehouse, conducts a detailed inspection and makes the final decision on accepting the product and refunding the money.

WARNING

If the product was assessed as unsuitable for resale at the first stage, according to the photos, in this case, the funds will not be returned.

Return cost 

Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Time to process a product exchange

If you indicate when registering your return that you wish to exchange the product, we will proceed with this immediately. This way, we guarantee that your exchange will be completed within a few days.

The exchange product is no longer available

Ask our customer service about the possibilities. We will let you know when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the item is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Order number to register the return

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you have received this email incorrectly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

The product delivered spoiled or damaged

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the product is damaged during transportation or production. Of course, we are happy to solve this issue together with you. Please send a message to hello@teslahubs.com with an image of the complaint. Our customer support team will quickly help you find a solution.

I want to return my order outside the return period

Please remember that you must deliver your return within 30 days of the return deadline. If this is unlikely, we suggest that you exchange the item for a replacement or voucher. Please contact our customer service for options.

Refund time

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days. You can see when the package arrived at our warehouse on the tracking that you received with your return shipment. 10 working days start from this moment. After the refund, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank
