Where the gaps actually are
Tesla builds to a tolerance, and on high-volume lines that tolerance shows up as a gap you can see when you open the door in daylight. The kit covers the main ingress points at once rather than patching one door and leaving the rest.
What changes first
The inner door area stays cleaner. Salt, road grit and rain stop collecting along the sills, which is the part owners notice within a week and keep mentioning years later.
On noise, plainly
Sealing the door edge reduces wind noise generated there. It does not insulate the cabin from tire and road noise. If road roar is your main complaint, this is not the fix and we would rather say so before you buy.
