“You don’t need 80% of the stuff you see online.” A Model Y owner wrote that on Reddit, under a post that began “the amount of accessories I have to get is crazy”. He is right. So this list stops at ten: the ten products Tesla owners put the most money into at our store over the last 12 months, in that order. Each one says what it does not do. Two of our own best sellers did not make the list, and the thing most owners buy first, floor mats, is not on it either: we do not sell a set we would rank, so buy those first. Both reasons are under the ten.
“You don’t need 80% of the stuff you see online.” A Model Y owner wrote that on Reddit, and on a Cybertruck it is even more true: most accessories are cut for the cars. This list is the ten products Tesla owners put the most money into at our store over the last 12 months. Three of them fit a Cybertruck, and those three are below, each with what it does not do.
TeslaHubs™ ProGuard Noise and Weather Seal Kit
Close the gaps where the wind gets in
“After keeping the car for one day, they said there is no wind noise, the panel gaps are “within specs” and there is nothing to fix.” That is a Model Y owner on Reddit, and it is the most common story behind our best seller: the noise is real, and service has nothing to adjust.
The wind comes in through the gaps the factory seals leave at the doors, pillars, trunk and hood. ProGuard is six rubber strips cut for your model that press into those seams on 3M™ tape and close them. 100% safe for your Tesla: no drilling, no cutting.
8 dB measured cabin noise reduction. Hold us to that number: if you do not hear the difference at highway speed, you have 30 days to send it back.
Fit: a cut for every car on this page. Model Y 2020-2024 and 2025+, Model 3 2019-2023 and 2024+: $79.99. Model S, Model X (2016-2021 and 2022-2026 cuts) and Cybertruck: $94.99.
Fit: the Model Y 2020-2024 cut.
Fit: the Model Y 2025-2027 cut. Order this one, not the older Model Y kit: a buyer who got the wrong cut wrote “Does not fit Model Y Juniper, so beware.” One 2026 owner found the frunk strip too thick for the powered frunk to close; if yours does the same, leave that one strip off.
Fit: the Model 3 2019-2023 cut. 2017 and 2018 cars are not listed.
Fit: the Model 3 2024-2027 cut.
Fit: two cuts at the same price, 2016-2021 and 2022-2026 (Refresh, Plaid). A 2021 car with the landscape screen takes the Refresh cut.
Fit: two cuts at the same price, 2016-2021 and 2022-2026 (Refresh, Plaid). Two Model X buyers told us in reviews that some strips did not sit right on their cars. If yours do not, you have 30 days to send the kit back.
Fit: the Cybertruck 2024-2027 cut.
“At first I was skeptical about its effectiveness and the strength of the tape, but now I can confidently say that it has been a life changer. The product exceeded my expectations, the noise is really reduced, all the strips are in place, not one has come off.”Ryan, Model S and Y owner, review on the ProGuard product page, March 22, 2024, 5 stars
“It seems to cut down the noise on the Highway more so on the city roads. I also bought this to cut down on the dirt and dust in my door jams. I like it when I close the doors, they seem more solid-sounding.”Flynnaz, 2026 Model Y owner, review on the ProGuard product page, February 27, 2026, 5 stars
“My car is the new model 3 Performance which is already very quiet compared to the previous model 3 but I still noticed an improvement with less road noise.”Scott Kennedy, review on the ProGuard product page, October 12, 2024, 5 stars
“My Model X is much quieter now. The falcon wing doors seal so much better with these strips.”Kenneth, review on the ProGuard product page, August 25, 2025, 4 stars
Three install rules that keep every strip in place. Most of the low-star reviews from the last 90 days come down to skipping one of them. Strips letting go: the tape needs a clean, dry seam and firm pressure along the whole strip, so do it in a garage on a warm day, not on a cold wet morning. No change heard: the gain is wind noise at highway speed around the doors and windows. Tire roar on coarse asphalt is a different problem, and no seal kit changes it. A video filmed on a different car: place each strip by the strip map for your model in the box, not by the video.
The trade-off: It takes patience: every strip has to be pressed along its whole length. It will not touch tire roar. If your car is already quiet at 70 mph, skip it.

TeslaHubs™ SpaceBox Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto
CarPlay and Android Auto on the car's own screen, without a cable
“I always use CarPlay and couldn’t imagine not using it.” That is a Model 3 owner on Reddit, and it is why this is the second thing owners order from us. As of October 2026 no Tesla runs Apple CarPlay natively. Tesla is reported to be working on it and has given no date.
SpaceBox plugs into the car's USB port and connects to your phone wirelessly, so CarPlay or Android Auto opens on the centre screen with your own maps, music and messages.
$139.99, against a $299.00 list price.
Fit: cars with the AMD Ryzen computer only. Model Y 2021-2026, Model 3 2021-2026, Model S and Model X 2021-2026, Cybertruck. Check before you buy: Controls > Software > Additional Vehicle Information.
Fit: Model Y 2021-2024 with the AMD Ryzen computer. Check: Controls > Software > Additional Vehicle Information. If it says Intel Atom, SpaceBox is not for your car.

“Works with the Cybertruck, now that's a serious flex!”Tord Nilsson, review on the SpaceBox product page, August 14, 2024, 5 stars
The trade-off: It is a small box on the console with a cable to the USB port, and it takes a moment to connect when you get in. Cars without the AMD Ryzen computer: skip it.

TeslaHubs™ Aluminium Caliper Covers
The painted-caliper look in about 30 minutes, with no paint
Some owners call caliper covers “a waste of money” and say they “look janky”. The cheap plastic ones do. These are aluminium and powder-coated, cut per model, and the other route to coloured calipers is a paint shop and brake work.
Four finishes: Performance Red, Cyber Cyan, Plaid Yellow and Stealth Black. They bolt on over the factory calipers.
From $149.99 for the set ($169.99 for Model S and Model X), against owner-reported $440 to $800 for shop-painted calipers.
Fit: Model Y, Model Y 2025+, Model 3 and Model 3 2024+ at $149.99; Model S and Model X (2018-2022 and 2023-2025 cuts) at $169.99. Not for Performance or Plaid models. No Cybertruck version.

Dash Screen PRO
Speed, navigation and CarPlay in front of you, not off to the right
“i hate having to glance over to see the screen when using navigation”. That is a Model Y owner on Reddit, about the one thing a Model 3 or Model Y has never had: a display behind the steering wheel.
Dash Screen PRO is that display. It sits on the dash in front of the driver, shows your speed and drive information, and runs Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The install is plug-and-play: no cutting, no drilling.
$279.99, against a $499.99 list price. It is the highest-priced item on this list, and it is here because of how much owners spend on it, not how many buy it.
Fit: Model 3 and Model Y only. The product page lists six versions by build year, including the 2025+ Model Y. No Model S, Model X or Cybertruck version.
Fit: the product page lists three older Model Y versions: before 2020, 2021-2024 and 2025. The button opens 2021-2024; switch it if your build year differs.
Fit: the 2025+ Model Y version, listed on the product page as Juniper.
Fit: listed for Model 3 2021-2024. 2017-2020 cars are not listed.
Fit: the product page lists two Model 3 versions, 2021-2024 and 2025. Pick the one that matches your build year; if you are unsure, ask the store before you order.
The trade-off: It is another screen on the dash and a visible addition to a bare interior. If the centre screen does not bother you, spend the money on something else. We do not print a star rating for this one here: read the reviews on the product page before you spend this much.

Solar Shield Roof Sunshade Kit
Shade under the glass roof, cut for your year
“it feels like your head is in a oven”. That is a Model 3 owner on Reddit describing the glass roof in summer.
Solar Shield is a set of foldable shade panels that clip in under the roof glass. There are four cuts, one for each generation of Model 3 and Model Y, so the panels meet the edges of your roof.
$139.99, against a $199.00 list price.
Fit: four cuts: Model Y 2021-2024, Model Y 2025+, Model 3 2017-2023 and Model 3 2024+. No Model S, Model X or Cybertruck version.
Fit: the Model Y 2021-2024 cut.
Fit: the Model Y 2025+ cut.
Fit: the Model 3 2017-2023 cut.

“Valid for model 3, it fits almost perfect. The two panels on the rear overlap. Brings the right hooks.”Fernando Gutkowski, review on the Solar Shield product page, January 9, 2024, 5 stars
The trade-off: You give up the open-sky view while it is in, and it is one more thing to fold and store in winter. If you park in a garage and live somewhere mild, skip it.

TeslaHubs™ Aluminium Rim Protectors
Let the ring take the curb, not the wheel
“Second is after a curb rash at 3,000 miles.” That is a Model Y owner on Reddit, in a thread about rim protectors. The lip of a Tesla wheel sits proud of the tire, so the wheel meets the curb first.
These are four aluminium rings that seat on the outer lip of the wheel in the wheel's own finish, so the curb meets the ring instead. The install takes 15 minutes, with no tools and no jack.
$199.99 for a set of four. Cosmetic curb-rash repair typically runs $75 to $150 a wheel.
Fit: ordered by wheel, 18 to 21 inch. The product page has a wheel-by-wheel table for Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X. No Cybertruck version, and the 22-inch Model X wheel is not offered.
Fit: pick your wheel. Gemini 19-inch, Induction 20-inch or Überturbine 21-inch (2020-2024).

OmniVolt™ CCS1 and J1772 Charging Adapter
Charge at CCS fast chargers and J1772 posts with one adapter
One Model Y owner bought a third-party CCS adapter on a road trip and wrote that “it saved our bacon”. Another answered in the same thread: “I've got a $250 CCS to NACS adaptor that I've never used in 35K miles of road tripping.” Both are right. It depends on where you drive.
OmniVolt is two adapters in one body: CCS1 for DC fast charging and a J1772 side for Level 2 posts at hotels, offices and car parks.
$139.00 for both plugs in one, rated to 250 kW on the CCS side.
Fit: every Tesla, including Cybertruck. Some older cars need Tesla's one-time CCS retrofit before the fast-charging side works. Check: Controls > Software > Additional Vehicle Information > CCS Adapter Support.
Fit: your Model Y takes it. Cars built before March 2020, and some built June to September 2021, need Tesla's one-time CCS retrofit first. Check: Controls > Software > Additional Vehicle Information > CCS Adapter Support.

TeslaHubs™ Midnight Glow Door Lights
A sharp logo on the ground every time a door opens
This is the one owners buy for fun. “still look so cool when I open the door at night”, one Model Y owner wrote about his set.
They replace the factory puddle lights and plug into the same connector, about five minutes a door. The image is engraved into a glass lens, so it stays sharp.
$29.99 for two doors, $49.99 for all four. The lowest price on this list.
Fit: Model Y 2019-2024, Model 3 2016-2024, Model S 2015-2020 and Model X 2016-2024. Not listed for the 2025+ Model Y or the Cybertruck.
Fit: the Model Y 2019-2024 set.
Fit: the Model 3 2016-2024 set.
Fit: 2015-2020 cars only. The listing says 2015-2024, but a buyer with a 2022 Model S told us they did not fit the refreshed car, so we do not recommend them for 2021 and newer.
Fit: listed for Model X 2016-2024. A Model S buyer found they did not fit his 2022 refresh, so on a 2021 or newer Model X compare your door lamp to the photos before you order.
“I was nervous about the reviews regarding the windows not opening up on opening the door, but it works exactly as the factory lights. Excellent quality!”Josephine VonRueden, review on the door lights product page, December 8, 2024, 5 stars

DashGlow 360 Vision System
A blind-spot warning in the corner of your eye
On a Model 3 or Model Y the blind-spot picture is on the centre screen, which is the wrong place to look in the middle of a lane change.
DashGlow is a light bar that tucks into the dash seam and plugs into the OBD port. It lights up on the side where a car sits in your blind spot, works as ambient lighting the rest of the time, and dims itself at night.
$149.99, against a $199.99 list price. The install is plug-in, with no wire cut and nothing drilled: about 45 minutes, and up to 75 on your first trim panel.
Fit: three versions: Model Y 2019-2024, Model Y 2025+ and Model 3 2019-2024. No version is listed for the 2024+ Model 3, Model S, Model X or Cybertruck.

Fit: the 2025+ Model Y version, listed on the product page as Juniper.

Rear Display Screen ULTRA
Give the back seat its own screen, climate and seat heat
Newer cars ship with a rear screen. A 2019-2024 Model 3 or Model Y does not, so every climate change from the back seat goes through the driver.
Rear Display Screen ULTRA is an 8-inch Android touchscreen for the back of the centre console. Rear passengers control their own climate, airflow and seat heat, and stream video over a phone hotspot. It plugs in with no wire cutting.
$269.99, against a $449.99 list price.
Fit: 2019-2024 Model 3 and Model Y only. The 2024+ Model 3 and 2025+ Model Y already have a rear screen.
Fit: the Model Y 2019-2024 version.
Fit: the Model 3 2019-2024 version. 2017 and 2018 cars are not listed.

3 mistakes Tesla owners make with accessories
- Buying by model name without the year. “Fits Model Y” usually means the 2020-2024 car. The 2025+ Model Y and the 2024+ Model 3 have different doors, wheels, roofs and lamps. One owner of a new Model Y Performance wrote that sellers “can’t confirm whether they fit the new Arachnid design”. That is why this page asks for your car first.
- Buying the cheapest copy of a part that has to fit a seam. A phone holder can be generic. A seal strip, a roof shade or a wheel ring cannot. One owner wrote of a marketplace seal kit: “only 2 of the probably 30 pieces actually fit decently”. If the part has to match a channel or a lip on your car, buy the one cut for your model and year, with a return window.
- Buying the whole thread on day one. Every “what should I buy first” thread ends with a cart of twenty things. Drive the car for a month. The two or three things that actually bother you will be obvious, and they are probably not the ones the thread was loudest about.
How we ranked this list
We took 12 months of US orders at TeslaHubs, October 2025 to October 2026, and ranked our products by how much Tesla owners spent on each. ProGuard and SpaceBox are first and second by a wide margin, and they are first and second by number of orders too.
From third place down the order follows sales, not unit counts, which is why a $279.99 screen sits fourth, on the money Tesla owners spend with us, above a $29.99 set of door lights that more people buy. We left out two of our own products that sell well but whose reviews are not yet good enough to recommend.
We make and sell everything here. That is how we can see what owners actually order, and it is also why every item names its trade-off. Specs and fit lines come from each product page; prices on this page are read live from the store.
What we left off, and why
Ask owners what they bought first and the answer is not on this list. “Tint, PPF, floor mat and mud guard were the very first things I got,” one Model Y owner wrote, and most must-have threads agree: floor mats, paint film or tint, a screen protector, a console organizer, mud flaps.
We do not sell paint film, tint or console organizers, and we do not have a floor mat line we would rank. Our orders cannot rank what we do not sell, so we left those categories off instead of padding the list. Buy your mats first, from whoever cuts a set for your exact year, then come back for the ten things here.
Price check: the usual alternative for each problem
For the items where the other route has a known price, here it is, with the source.

| CCS fast charging | OmniVolt, $139.00 (CCS1 and J1772 in one) | Tesla's CCS1 adapter: $300 (price reported February 2025) |

Questions Tesla owners ask
Which of these fit my Tesla?
Pick your car at the top of the page and the list keeps only what fits. In short: ProGuard, SpaceBox (2021+ cars) and OmniVolt have a version for every model here. Caliper covers and rim protectors fit Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X. Dash Screen PRO, Solar Shield, DashGlow and Rear Display ULTRA are Model 3 and Model Y only, and three of the ten are not made for the 2025+ Model Y or the 2024+ Model 3.
Is this just a store ranking its own products?
Yes, and we say so. TeslaHubs makes and sells everything on this list, and the order is our own 12 months of US sales. What you get in return is a list that stops at ten, a trade-off on every item and a plain note on what we do not sell.
Can I get the same part cheaper from a marketplace?
For some parts, something that looks the same, yes. The difference shows on parts that have to fit: a seal cut for your door, a shade cut for your roof, a ring for your wheel. Here you choose your model and year, you have 30 days to return it, and ProGuard and SpaceBox carry a 2-year warranty.
Will any of this affect my car's warranty?
We cannot speak for Tesla's warranty decisions. What we can tell you: ProGuard presses into the existing seams with no drilling and no cutting, SpaceBox plugs into a USB port, and the door lights use the factory connector. If you are unsure, ask your service center first.
What if it does not fit or I do not like it?
30-day returns: start a return in our Return Center within 30 days of delivery. The refund policy lists the conditions.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every order. Our shipping policy gives 1-2 business days to dispatch and 7-15 days in transit to US addresses.
Start with #1: ProGuard for your Tesla
It is what Tesla owners order from us most, it has a cut for your model, and it carries a 2-year warranty. If you do not hear the difference at highway speed, you have 30 days to send it back.
