Look through the spokes of any Tesla. There is exactly one part in there with a color, and on a standard Model 3 or Model Y it is gray iron that turns orange at the edges. On a Performance trim it is red, and that red does most of the work of making the car read as the fast one.
That is why this ranks first. It is the only thing here that changes what a stranger thinks your car is, and it does it parked, at noon, with nobody home.

The Only Way to Get This Wrong Is to Pick the Wrong Car. Here Is How Not To.
Read our 1-star reviews and they say the same thing: the covers did not fit the car they went on. Every one of them is about fit, so here is the ten-second check that prevents it.
- Model Y from 2025 (full-width light bar front and rear)? Pick Juniper, not Model Y.
- Model 3 from 2024 (slim headlights, no front fog lights)? Pick Highland, not Model 3.
- Model Y with a VIN starting XP7? It was built in Berlin. Pick Model Y Berlin.
- Model S or X? Pick the year range. 2018-2022 and 2023-2025 are different shells.
- Performance or Plaid trim? Skip it. Your calipers are already painted and a different shape.

Open a door at night and a lit pattern lands on the pavement. Passengers see it, people in the next space see it. It loses to the calipers on one thing: it only works after dark, and only while a door is open.
It replaces the factory puddle light, no wiring. Two doors or four, white or red light, for Model Y 2019-2024, Model 3 2016-2024, S 2015-2024 and X 2016-2024. No Juniper option is listed, so Juniper owners skip this one.
